Sheela A. Stark, Esq When Civil Meets Probate: How to Handle Case Proceeds Post-Settlement for an Incapacitated Plaintiff

Attorney Sheela Stark practices personal injury and the probate "umbrella" out of her rapidly growing Rancho Cucamonga law firm. Over 80% of her clientele are families who have individuals with special needs or some incapacity. They specifically seek her services because of her unique understanding due to her 15 years working with special needs individuals prior to becoming an attorney in 2013. In honor of her severely disabled brother, Sheela Stark has dedicated her professional life to assisting the special needs community through her firm's Giving Back Program offering pro-bono legal services to low income clients and educational resources to families across California.
